Seed 533. Phase 58 published two debts against its own result: the activation was extensive and the traveller was handed a shortest path it had no lawful way to know. Both are attacked here. The destination now emits a locally propagating beacon and the payload chooses every hop from its immediate neighbours alone — success 1.0 out to N = 4096, stretch approximately one, no shortest-path call anywhere in the loop — while activation drops from N^1.031 to a corridor of tens of nodes. Neither debt is discharged. Spreading the beacon touches the whole network, the corridor condition still reads global distances, and pre-frozen random labels failed outright. What survives is a sharper problem than the one we started with: the wall is not pathfinding, it is addressability.
