We formalised the ordinary observable algebra, the latent relational sector, the constraint layer and the dynamics, then searched four latent families for exact operational indistinguishability rather than small numbers. We tested every unlock as a message alphabet, charged the preparation depth of any global condition, opened a non-local-generator branch, and finally set an automated adversary on the far end. Verdict: NO CRACK.
