Phase 65 · fault-tolerant local repair and lifecycle accounting · AT-0609 → AT-0627
Break the road on purpose.
Seed 609. No new mechanism family. The self-organizing compact addresses, the localized moving doorway, the structured payload and the autonomous local recovery all stay exactly as Phase 64 left them — and then we start deleting links. Each node learned a primary next hop plus up to two endpoint-independent backups during the same neighbour exchange that wrote the addresses, before any trip existed. Failures are adversarial first: the single highest-betweenness tree edge, severing roughly 40% of the network from the root, then random edge loss to 10% and node loss to 5%, then concurrent disjoint faults with a payload in flight, then corrupted address bits. Every repair is charged: nodes touched, rounds, extra bits, stretch, added hops and messages, against a lifecycle ledger that separates one-time construction from maintenance, repair and transit.

Status of the programme after this phase: FAULT-TOLERANT LOCALIZED TWO-PHASE TOY ARCHITECTURE. Graph robustness advances nothing toward physical mapping, and no such advance is claimed here.
