The universe doesn't wake up. A four-node doorway travels instead.

Seed 569. We simplified the dynamic-front test to isolate the real question. Random connected cubic substrate; a generic BFS addressing tree built and frozen before A and B exist; each node holding only its local parent / child relation. The localized special phase is modelled as a causal moving front: each active node catalyses exactly the one neighbour its address relation implies, then recovers after a refractory lifetime tau = 3. Maximum simultaneously active nodes is 4 at N = 128 and 4 at N = 8,192, while total active-node-time reads 30 → 66 node-ticks and Q_time climbs 7.111 → 195.048. The global wake-up debt can be eliminated architecturally. Two debts are preserved exactly: the address tree is still prebuilt, and the front is still an abstract local rule rather than the autonomous c_i / r_i equation that passed the spark test.
